This is how to WARM UP:
Heat the pad in warm water (under 80 degrees C!) for 5-10 minutes and then slide it into the side slot of the eye mask. Gentle warmth can help you fall asleep or refresh you.

This is how COOLING works:
To wake up in the morning or to relieve headaches or puffy eyes, you can store the cooling pad in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes and then wear it with the sleep mask.

Important to note:
Do not wear contact lenses during use and be careful not to overheat or overcool the cooling pad. The artificial silk can be washed without the gel pad at 30 degrees using your preferred detergent.
